Shared Horizons: Community Life

• Volunteers spend time with people with disabilities in everyday activities such as playing ball, going for walks, helping out in the kitchen, or going out of the community to shop or visit tourist sites.
• They help residents with their household chores.
• Volunteers also participate in workshops on woodworking, ceramics, and fruit drying. They contribute to garden maintenance and general upkeep, and help organize community and cultural events.
• No special qualifications are required.

Volunteers live alongside people with disabilities and their caregivers in a shared community setting, while also having their own private room, separate from the main houses. The community is located in a small village within a protected natural area, close to the town but in a peaceful and secluded setting.
