Sports and cultural activities coordinator

The Normandy Association is seeking a volunteer for a civic service placement to support the existing team in promoting the activities of Clos Normand, working directly with local communities. This mission is part of a development initiative and aims to facilitate access for all to the sports and cultural activities offered, based on an educational approach accessible to everyone.

Missions:

• Supporting the team in the preparation and running of regular activities at Clos Normand (sports and cultural activities: theatre, chess, rugby, circus, dance, crafts, singing…) and festive and cultural activities (craft markets, theatre performances, concerts…)
• Supporting the team in welcoming the public (young people and adults) during events
• Participate in organizing and proposing activities for the audiences of Clos Normand
• Contribute to improving the tools for managing the activity program and the booking system
• Supporting the implementation of monitoring procedures and the development of mini-reports on the activities of the structure
