From its base in Phnom Penh, La Guilde develops high-impact social projects in Cambodia, working closely with local stakeholders, communities, volunteers, and the project leaders it supports. This support mission is part of a broader effort to structure the NGO's activities in Southeast Asia: strengthening project coordination, fostering the volunteer network, and consolidating partnerships with local actors and businesses to mobilize resources, skills, and commitment for territorial development and social impact.
Description of missions :
Contribute to the coordination and support of the volunteer network
Alongside the Country Coordinator, you will participate in supporting volunteers throughout their journey by:

This mission will allow you to discover how an international solidarity NGO operates, to develop your skills in project management, network animation, communication and partnership development, while experiencing commitment to projects with a strong social impact.
We are looking for a motivated, curious, and committed volunteer who wants to get involved in an international solidarity mission in Cambodia. An awareness of the challenges of volunteering, local development, cooperation, and social impact will be appreciated.
The volunteer will need to demonstrate flexibility, autonomy, resilience and good interpersonal skills, while fully adhering to the values of La Guilde: commitment, solidarity, openness and cooperation.
Fluency in French is essential. A working knowledge of English to communicate with local and international partners is expected. Knowledge of Khmer is an asset.
